- This role is not for paper-pushers or coordinators - it is for someone who can take full ownership of people operations, talent deployment, and office presence from opening to closing every single day.
- You will be the single point of accountability for recruitment readiness, bench management, employee wellbeing, training orchestration, and in-office culture.

Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Fulfillment Excellence.
Own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end : sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, client submissions.Zero-error client submissions - nothing leaves your desk unless it's deployment-ready.Drive and coordinate background verification (BGV) with zero slippage.Bench Management & Talent Fusion :
Treat the bench as your P&L - daily visibility, weekly reporting, and aggressive deployment.Anticipate demand and align talent readiness before client asks hit.Coordinate Talent Fusion training programs to close skill gaps fast.Employee Engagement & Discipline :
Mandatory weekly one-on-one connects with every employee - track morale, performance, and blockers.Ensure office presence, punctuality, and etiquette standards are followed without exception.Act as the escalation point for employee wellbeing - own solutions, not just updates.Operational Discipline & Reporting :
Deliver a daily status report covering recruitment, bench, client submissions, and operations.Publish a weekly newsletter that reflects culture, achievements, and forward-looking goals.Own training logistics, vendor coordination, and end-to-end operational continuity.Leadership & Culture Building :
Build a proactive over reactive culture - anticipate issues, solve them before they escalate.Lead by example - visible presence in office, zero tolerance for mediocrity.Mentor, direct, and challenge your operations support team to deliver at the same high bar.Required Skills & Qualifications :
8+ years' proven experience in HR operations, workforce deployment, or people fulfillment.Strong track record in bench management, client submissions, and recruitment lifecycle ownership.Commanding presence - able to enforce discipline, etiquette, and accountability.Crisp communication skills - capable of drafting professional client submissions and publishing internal newsletters.Self-starter, high-energy operator who thrives in cut-throat, startup-to-scale-up environments.Not looking for process followers - looking for a driver who can run the show end-to-end.Preferred Attributes :
