Technical Lead Fullstack JavaScript

Job Description

• Own end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Lead architecture decisions, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
• Build responsive React.js UIs and scalable Node.js services .
• Drive TDD, code quality (SonarQube), and performance optimization .
• Contribute to AWS cloud architecture, CI / CD, and monitoring .
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Mentor developers, conduct reviews, and guide technical growth.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and improve team delivery.
• Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test, and integration of products
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests
• Monitoring and improving performance.
• Strong team player
