About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building end-to-end scalable web applications.

You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services as well as dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces.

This role requires deep expertise in both client-side and server-side technologies and a strong problem-solving mindset.

As a senior team member, you will play a key role in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend frameworks.
  • Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Ensure code quality through automated tests, peer reviews, and best development practices.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Mentor junior developers and help build a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Technical Skills Required :

  • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
  • Familiarity with frontend state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex)
  • Strong experience with Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, Python (Django / Flask) based on stack
  • Proficient in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with authentication / authorization, security best practices, and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
  • Version control using Git
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
