Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Admissions Counselor to join our team at Aimlay's Delhi office. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions counseling or a related field. The successful candidate will assist potential PhD candidates in navigating their admissions journey, offering them personalized guidance and support while representing India's premier educational service platform.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive client interactions.
  • Skillful in social media marketing, using platforms effectively to engage with potential candidates and expand outreach efforts.
  • Understanding of counseling processes, applying techniques and strategies to support and guide candidates through their admissions journey.
  • Proficient in sales, utilizing techniques to convert inquiries into successful admissions while meeting company targets.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales management, developing strategies to manage and optimize the admissions pipeline.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills to handle queries and provide effective solutions tailored to individual candidate needs.
  • Required ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing tasks while maintaining focus on organizational goals.
  • Must possess high adaptability, thriving in a dynamic environment to effectively manage challenging situations and diverse inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized counseling sessions to prospective students, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the admissions process.
  • Develop and manage potential leads, maintaining consistent engagement to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach campaigns and generate interest in the company's educational services.
  • Participate in workshops, webinars, and other company events to enhance the visibility and reputation of Aimlay's services.
  • Assist in developing strategies for admissions and sales, contributing innovative ideas that align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all required documentation and processes are completed accurately, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Analyze client feedback to provide actionable insights and enhance service offerings continually.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, continuously improving knowledge to provide high-quality consultations.
