We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Bangalore office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn full-cycle recruitment, work closely with global teams, and contribute directly to TruGlobal’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and technical skill needs.
• Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities : job posting, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for key skill areas — SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, QA, DevOps, and AI.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in the ATS.
• Participate in campus hiring, referral drives, and employer branding initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging skills, and hiring best practices.
