  • Work with Founders & Tech Leaders – Understand business needs and refine job specs.
  • Bring Market Awareness – Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation, and talent pools.
  • Move Fast & Smart – Thrive in dynamic, fast-growth environments.

✅ What We’re Looking For :

  • 1–3 years of experience in tech or startup hiring
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
