Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing and quality initiatives across our engineering and development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quality standards, managing automated and manual testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all stages of the software development process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Design, plan, and execute test cases before product launches to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve defects through systematic testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with development, systems, and infrastructure teams to integrate QA into CI / CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and protocols.
• Analyze and document test results; recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Design automation test cases in BDD format based on user stories.
• Implement and promote test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and methodologies.
