What you’ll do
- Manage NOC operations including monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and escalation.
- Support service operations, assurance, and fulfilment processes to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service KPIs, network reliability, and efficiency.
- Work with BSS / OSS systems to streamline workflows, service activation, and customer management.
- Drive automation initiatives to optimize packet core and service operations.
- Contribute to Nokia’s innovation in next-generation telecom networks.
What we’re looking for
5–10 years of experience in telecom NOC / service operations.Strong knowledge of BSS / OSS processes (service fulfilment, assurance, customer experience).Hands-on expertise in packet core operations (EPC / 5GC) is a plus.Familiarity with automation, scripting, and monitoring tools.Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.Strong communication and collaboration in global teams.Why join us?
