Tender Process Specialist

About the Role

IGNITE Industrial Corporation is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Administrative & Tender Executive to work directly with the Managing Partner.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling diverse tasks, and wants to grow alongside a leading steel trading and supply firm serving Indian Railways and major industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner in day-to-day administrative operations .
• Monitor government e-tender portals (IREPS, GeM, etc.) for upcoming bids.
• Prepare and upload tender documents, quotations, and compliance forms .
• Maintain and update Excel reports , purchase and sales records, and tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with transporters for dispatches, E-Dispatch Notes, and vehicle follow-ups .
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for timely updates.
• Handle documentation, filing, and email correspondence professionally.
• Support in preparing MIS reports, payment follow-ups, and vendor communication.
