Experience : 3 - 4 Years _ Sr.Engineer

5 – 8 Years _ Executive Manager

Job Description- Role Profile / Key Functions / Role Challenge

• 3-8 Years of experience with domain experience from Large scale bulk Inorganic / Organic chemical Batch process manufacturing.
• Preparation of Mass & Energy balance calculations.
• knowledge of Basic & Detailed engineering.
• Should have Process optimization and process scale up experience.
• Knowledge of Process design and Process Equipment specifications (PDS / TDS), Equipment layout, ULDS, P&ID's, PFD's and BD.
• Implementation and application of the various design and process safety HAZOP standards.
• Carry out simulations using software’s such as Chemcad, Hysis, ASPEN, HTRI, etc
• Preparation of SOP’s, manuals and standards for process design / optimization.
• Functions involves coordination and monitoring, reporting.
• Reports preparations and presentation.

Competency Profile : Knowledge / Skills / Attitude

Chemical Engineer, Experience in consultancy services, in knowledge of Basic & Detailed engineering, various design codes, best practices and process software’s Directions to the inspections and installation team. Good coordination, monitoring and controlling skills. Technically sound and hard worker.
