Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), HNIs / UHNIs, and partners across the assigned region.
  • Drive new partner acquisition and manage existing channel relationships to ensure consistent growth.
  • Promote and increase sales of financial products, including :
  • Secondary Bonds
  • Fixed Deposits
  • Mutual Funds
  • Capital Gain Bonds
  • RBI Bonds
  • Debt Primary Issues
  • Conduct training sessions and product awareness programs for partners and clients.
  • Meet and exceed product sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions and service excellence.

Key Skills Required

  • Prior experience in B2B Channel Sales / Partner Management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, influence, and motivate partners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
