Job Summary : We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives. This role will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term strategic growth. The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with business acumen and strong communication skills.

What you’ll be responsible for?

• Lead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare and present monthly / quarterly financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
• Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.
• Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
