Assist in internal hiring and staffing requirements across departments.
Coordinate with Account Managers and team-leads on recruitment-related activities.
Conduct first-level screening and initial interviews with candidates.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Prepare, update, and maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, and related documents.
Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining candidate documents.
Support background verification and reference check processes.
Support in Singapore Employment Pass–related activities, including documentation, application coordination, and status tracking.
Assist HR in onboarding tasks, ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of employment and background verification processes.
Knowledge or prior exposure to Singapore Employment Pass procedures will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
