Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, induction programs, and system setup.
- Employee Relations : Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns. Promote a positive employee experience and resolve basic workplace conflicts or issues. Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- HR Operations & Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in HRIS. Draft HR-related letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.). Manage attendance and leave records.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination : Coordinate with the finance / payroll team for accurate and timely processing of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements. Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
- Policy & Compliance : Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act).
- Performance Management Support : Support performance appraisal cycles, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
- Training & Development : Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs or workshops.
- Exit Management : Handle the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing full & final settlements, and ensuring smooth offboarding.
- Reporting : Generate basic HR reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.
