Architect

Educational Qualification : B.Arch. or equivalent degree in Architecture

Experience Required : 5 to 10 years of experience in the architectural field

Role Responsibilities :

• Participate in conceptual , schematic , and design development phases of architectural projects
• Prepare all required drawings from conceptual design to final construction sets
• Plan spaces effectively and design layouts as per project requirements
• Supervise site construction activities to ensure alignment with final construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) by-laws and local building regulations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for successful project execution
