Key Responsibilities
- Strategic focus on Workplace service delivery spanning all non-technical services Housekeeping / Hygiene / Hospitality, F&B etc.
- Manage user / stake holder experience end to end in line with functional strategic objectives
- Implement and monitor corporate F&B strategy, visitor / client host management, event management service delivery framework, process & systems
- Develop competent & competitive Partnership ecosystem to deliver & upscale service experience
- Manage the functional budgets for the service line
- Achieve High Customer Satisfaction Score in functional / organizational surveys
- Manage consistent, standardized service delivery experience for F&B services across all facilities
- Manage all food safety best practices & regulatory norms for F&B facilities, services across all facilities
- Manage service experience for executive hospitality services for external customers, guests and high-profile dignitaries
- Having a strong knowledge of F&B cost management
- Responsibility for overseeing the smooth running of the kitchen and other hospitality areas across Campus

- Maintain facilities BCP and Crisis Management program
- Ensure key risks are identified, escalated and managed appropriately
- Food & Beverage management at facility
- Cab management for Customers / Prospect and high-profile dignitaries
- Conduct Admin survey based on which corrective actions are identified and implemented
- Compliance management with respect to statutory laws
- Attend town halls, address and resolve associate grievances
- Provide MIS reports on the operations and service performance
- Performs any other tasks assigned from time to time
- Responsible for new system & technology implementation
- Facilities Management : Manage workplace services, in drafting scope document for RFP, participated in negotiations, drafting contracts, review and approve implementation plans and supervise actual implementation of plan, periodic review of services, feedback and rating leading to bonus or penalties.
- Budget : Manage capex & opex budgets
- Health & Safety : Incorporate safety as an integral part of capital projects plan & workplace strategy, implementation and reporting. fine tuning and developing Emergency preparedness for IT environment.
- Emergency Response
- Procurement, Supply Chain Management : Responsible for establishing local procurement team and process. Also establish connects with critical vendors.
- Team Management
- Audit : Prepared for, Faced &, remediated audit action items for ISO certifications, Internal audits and statutory audits.
