Job Overview :
We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The right candidate should be comfortable interacting with employees, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth hiring & internal coordination. This is a balanced role with equal focus on talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (sourcing to onboarding).Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms.Screen resumes, conduct HR screening calls, and coordinate interviews.Share feedback, follow up with candidates, and manage offer roll-outs.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.HR Operations & Employee Support
Maintain employee data, personal files, and documentation records.Track attendance, leaves, joining, and exit records accurately.Prepare HR documents including offer letters, confirmations, and relieving letters.Support monthly payroll preparation by sharing attendance & leave inputs.Handle employee queries and assist in resolving day-to-day HR concerns.Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills.Understanding of basic HR policies and hiring processes.Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Organized, approachable, and proactive in taking ownership.
