Position Summary : Sikich is seeking a

Talent Acquisition Associate

with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions while contributing to the overall success of recruitment processes.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source potential candidates.

Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status.

Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.

Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Coordinate and support interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

Support efforts to promote the company’s culture and values through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as recruitment drive or campus hiring initiatives.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring policies.

Requirements for Successful Candidate :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
