What You’ll Do

Hire for a broad range of roles across the advertising services spectrum — including creative, media, strategy, planning, social, ORM, content, production, and post

Work closely with business and team leads to understand hiring needs and deliver with speed and quality

Build talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates — because a good recruiter is also a great listener

Prioritize candidate experience — timely updates, respectful conversations, and a process that feels human

Keep the hiring engine running smoothly — organized, updated, and always a step ahead

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the advertising, media, or communications space

Curiosity about how agencies work and the many roles that make campaigns happen

A people-first mindset — you enjoy conversations, understand motivations, and build trust

Strong organizational skills — planned, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple mandates

Clear, confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and candidates with equal ease
