About the Role :
We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our key enterprise customers . In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor , aligning our technology solutions with client goals, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term business impact.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver value, shape strategy, and identify new growth opportunities across enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary relationship owner for high-value enterprise clients, ensuring alignment of business outcomes and technology strategy.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and IT landscapes to design tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and roadmap discussions to ensure long-term client success.
- Collaborate internally to advocate for client needs , influence product direction, and ensure timely solution delivery.
- Use data and insights to drive proactive engagement and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth —including upselling, cross-selling, and expansion across new business units or geographies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) to provide consultative guidance to clients.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or consulting within a technology-driven organization.Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and enterprise IT environments .Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and data-driven client engagement strategies.A strategic, consultative mindset with a passion for driving customer value.
