Supply Chain Coordinator - Nutraceutical Ingredients

Role Overview :

The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, labels, and printed components for Aora’s nutraceutical range. The role demands strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills , ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Source raw materials – special extracts, active pharma ingredients, excipients and negotiate with suppliers for labels, bottles, cartons, and packaging materials .
• and maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure all materials comply with FSSAI / GMP quality and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Regulatory, and R&D teams for approvals and specifications.
• Track market trends, manage purchase orders, and ensure cost optimization.

Qualifications :
