Role Purpose :

The Associate - People will manage the People (Human Resource) function, supporting NeoGreen’s HR strategy and initiatives, while being guided and mentored by senior leadership. This role will mainly involve executing core people management activities like recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, and HR administration activities. The role will contribute to building a strong talent base, encouraging a high-performance culture, and supporting organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Undertake and own end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
