Role Overview.
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR to manage core HR functions within our BPO environment.
The role involves handling bulk recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of people practices and compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO / Call centre culture.
Key Responsibilities.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO / Call Center industry.
