Job descriptionMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Critical Care / ICU management Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life-support systems. Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and effectively communicate with patient families. Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Qualifications :
- MD Medicine with DM Critical Care, or
- MD Medicine with Critical Care specialization, or
- MD Anesthesia / Internal Medicine / IDCCM with relevant Critical Care experience
