Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Pune. With 3 to 7 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI and the practical application of large language models (LLMs) to build sophisticated, intelligent systems.

This role is crucial for designing and implementing next-generation Agentic AI architectures and is a hands-on technical position focused on leveraging cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to deliver autonomous solutions within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generative AI Development : Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications utilizing Generative AI techniques and various Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on real-world business solutions.
• Agentic System Architecture : Lead the implementation of complex Agentic AI architectures and develop robust autonomous agents capable of sophisticated reasoning, tool use, and multi-step task execution.
• Framework and Programming Expertise : Apply strong hands-on experience with Python for all development tasks. Utilize and master specialized frameworks such as LangChain for chaining LLM calls and LangGraph for building resilient stateful, multi-actor systems.
• Prompt Engineering and Optimization : Apply a deep understanding of Generative AI and LLMs to execute advanced prompt engineering strategies, optimizing model inputs and outputs for precision, reliability, and security.
• Enterprise Integration : Implement complex Application-to-Application (A2A) integrations and work within Multi-Cloud Platform (MCP) environments, ensuring seamless data flow, security, and high performance between disparate systems.
• Technical Leadership and Collaboration : Actively participate in and lead technical discussions, contributing to architectural decisions and fostering an environment of technical excellence within agile teams.
• Agile Development : Work effectively within Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban), contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and providing accurate estimates for development tasks.
