Operated at the system and portfolio level, not the feature or project level.
Managed other Product Manager’s or cross-functional leads (not just engineers / designers).
Built processes, defined product ops, and ensured alignment across UX, Engineering, and Marketing.
Embedded metrics, experimentation, and measurement loops into the team’s operating system.
Communicated with executive clarity using data-backed insights.
Navigated Founder or C-suite personalities while holding the line on priorities.
Drove orchestration and alignment — not micromanagement.
Written and spoken with executive brevity — distilled complexity into clarity for leadership.
Comfortable with storytelling, board-level reporting, and driving buy-in across functions.
Understands social-tech context and value system (collaborative, thoughtful, non-ego-driven).
Values empathy, systems thinking, and inclusive leadership.
Ideally associated with a Series B to Series D Product Startup with 1 Million Users.
