• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to project scope, cost, and resource allocation.
• Drive stakeholder communication and governance through dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
• Support business case development, ROI analysis, and resource planning for new initiatives.
