Project Manager

The ideal experience in hotel design and execution candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign themEnd-to-end management of Brownfield / Greenfield civil construction projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and develop project scopes, BOQs and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors.
• Monitor progress as per timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations during
• construction.
• Review technical ID / Civil drawings, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure quality control

at each stage.
