Senior Engineer

Experience : 2 Years to 5 Years

Job Description : - The DVA Engineer is responsible for Dimensional Variation Analysis, GD&T and Tolerance stack up for ongoing and new projects

Job Responsibilities : -

DVA Engineer creates and maintains DVA models representing the assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle. He will be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer.

Technical Skills : -

• Experience in Chassis & Body Components / Interior Trim / Exterior Trim Domains
• Good working knowledge of 2D & 3D Tolerance Stack up Analysis
• Good knowledge & understanding of GD&T Standard (preferred ASME Y14.5)
• Hand on Experience in any of the variation analysis software’s
• Knowledge of Fixture / Tool Design, Facility and Assembly Process preferred
• Development Support for Primary Locating Points (PLP), GD&T, Craftmanship & CTQ assessments as well active involvement toward meeting the dimensional targets and functional objectives
• Provide technical support to cross functional teams
• Support Optical Quality and Perceived Quality requirements
