We’re building India’s next-generation food company across online and offline channels.About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage daily warehouse coordination, inventory records, and last-mile delivery operations to eCommerce and Q-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing stock across multiple platforms and ensuring timely dispatches within the city and across India.Key Responsibilities- Track and manage inventory across warehouses, including B2B and online order flows.- Coordinate dispatches to Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Blinkit, Amazon, and D2C orders.- Monitor stock movement, GRNs, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time, in-full performance.- Ensure inventory accuracy across internal systems and reconcile discrepancies with warehouses.- Collaborate with sales and eCom teams for stock planning and availability.- Follow up with logistics partners, handle escalations, and maintain daily logs of dispatches.What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management and logistics handling for eCom / Q-comm / FMCG brands.- Must have worked with third-party logistics and warehousing partners.- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel or inventory systems.- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setup.What You’ll Get- Experience in scaling operations at one of India’s fastest-growing food startups.- Opportunity to work closely with the founding team.- Fast-paced, high-ownership role in a future-facing industry.Salary : - CTC : 4.8 Lakhs per annum- Location Bangalore.
