[Urgent Search] Talent Acquisition Specialist (SAP Recruitment | GC / USC | W2 Contracts)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sourcing Green Card and US Citizen candidates for contract positions (W2 only). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for SAP-related roles and a proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify GC and USC candidates for contract roles on W2 across various SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
• Utilize job boards (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offer closures.
• Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS / CRM) with accuracy and consistency.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
