Job descriptionResponsible for developing new features and the maintenance and enhancements of existing functionality. Responsible for working within and maintaining an extensible and performant system architecture. Maintain a broad knowledge of emergent trends in software development platforms, tools, methodologies and their underlying principles. Code review, unit test coverage and continuous improvement. Build tools to support automation and productivity. Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Ensure unit tests written for all new code. Seek opportunities to incorporate new technologies into the products technology stack when they can add value. Work directly with support organizations to resolve production issues. Provide application support by analyzing defects, replicating / fixing defects and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance related issues. Seek development opportunities above and beyond required training. Demonstrate ability to work with team members, onsite as well as remote. Serve as mentor for junior developers in the hard and soft skills required for success. Participate in delivering team commitments, dev, QA, documentation, etc. NET Expertise : 10+ years of experience with modern C# and. Cloud-Native Development : Strong experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Application Gateway, SQL Database, Storage, Key Vault, AKS. Frontend Technologies : Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (v12+), React, or Blazor. Database Expertise : Advanced skills in T-SQL, SQL Server 2019+, database optimization, and ADO.NET, & Entity Framework Core. Architecture & Design : Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and modern design patterns; Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, RESTful services, and serverless patterns. Integration : Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Event Grid). Hands-on with modern messaging standards (REST, JSON, HL7 FHIR, X12 EDI). Testing & Quality : Proficient with automated unit testing, integration testing, and mocking frameworks (e.g., MsTest, xUnit, NUnit, Moq, FakeItEasy, NSubstitute, etc). CI / CD pipeline implementation using Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions. DevOps & Delivery : Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep with an emphasis on DevSecOps, automated testing, and release automation.
