Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furnace Operator with 5 years experience in operating upcasting machines for copper rod upcast. The role is located in Pune. The Furnace Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the furnace, monitoring the upcasting process, ensuring the quality of the copper rods, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment. The Furnace Operator will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and maintaining production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating upcasting machines and furnace operations
• Knowledge of copper rod upcast processes
• Mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
