Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare positions (specialty / super specialty doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and healthcare administrators) in India.
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers regularly.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and industry networks.
- Collaborate with the team on UAE / GCC recruitment projects when required.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, compliance, and licensing requirements within Indias healthcare sector.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.1–4 years of recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred). Fresh graduates with a strong interest in healthcare hiring may also be considered.Knowledge of the Indian healthcare industry is essential; exposure to UAE / GCC healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sourcing ability through job portals, LinkedIn, and direct networks.Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and applicant tracking tools.Skills Required
