A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. What Does a QA Engineer Does At Hogarth

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to test websites, platforms, and other deliverables. Primary responsibilities include executing test plans, updating test reports, debugging and writing defect reports, verifying fixes, developing test automation scripts, and building automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and execute tests for testing web and mobile applications
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
• Review technical requirements, author detailed test plan, and test case documentation
• Identify, isolate and replicate software defects, research root causes, and debug issues
• Write detailed and easy to understand bug reports and verify fixes
• Communicate projects risks based on test execution
• Conduct visual tests on desktop and mobile devices along with execution of automation tests and analyzing of bugs from automated reports.

Shift Flexibility Requirement : The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for night shifts being required a few times per year during peak periods.

Compensation (Night Shift Allowance) NSA : The company will provide a night shift allowance on top of regular pay for any period worked during night shift per the terms of company policy. This provision is aimed at ensuring balanced work conditions and fair compensation.
