Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Business Development. The position is based in Delhi, India. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to lead the expansion of our restaurant network by identifying, evaluating, and securing new site locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new site sourcing, lease negotiation, and stakeholder management, particularly within the F&B or retail sector. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with mall management, landlords, and legal authorities to secure cost-effective and high-potential sites for our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Site Identification & Evaluation

• Proactively identify and evaluate potential new restaurant locations in malls, high streets, and commercial hubs.
• Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies, including competitor mapping, demographics, and footfall analysis.
• Prepare site assessment reports and financial projections for management approval.
