Key Requirements :
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Proven experience recruiting for warehouse environments.Experience in logistics hiring with a strong understanding of operational roles.Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS.Key Responsibilities :
Execute all stages of the recruitment process including :
Talent sourcingJob advertising and postingApplicant screening and evaluationInterview coordination and assessmentOffer and contract generationOnboarding supportSupport employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attractionFacilitate onboarding for new hires and assist in internal role transitionsFull-Cycle Talent Acquisition :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Source candidates through a mix of platforms, referrals, community outreach, and targeted campaigns.Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and operational timelines.Stakeholder Management :
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR partners across multiple sites and functions.Provide consultative support on talent strategy, workforce planning & job market trends.Host regular check-ins and recruitment update sessions to manage expectations and refine hiring strategies.Candidate Experience :
Champion a positive candidate journey by ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and consistent follow-ups.Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.Ensure transparency, timely feedback, and positive communication throughout the interview process.(ref : iimjobs.com)
