About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Consultant with strong expertise in proposal writing, bid management, and solution consulting . The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling, high-quality proposals and lead strategic presales activities throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end proposal writing , including solution design, value proposition, articulation, and final submissions.
- Own and manage the bid management process , ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive RFP / RFI responses.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and discovery calls with clients to understand business needs.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and POCs tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, design, product, finance) to validate technical and commercial feasibility.
- Develop solution architectures, frameworks, case studies, and reusable presales collateral.
- Support sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle—qualification to closure—with strong domain and technical insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of proposals, templates, and presales artefacts for future use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred).5–8 years of hands-on experience in Presales, Proposal Writing , and Bid Management within IT Services or SaaS.Proven ability to manage complex bids with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, CRM, analytics, and enterprise solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
