Key Requirements & Experience : Proven track record managing Application Development projects for at least 5 years. Hands-on experience with end-to-end development in at least one technology stack. Agile Certification and proficiency with tools like JIRA / MS Project. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for robust data management. Experience collaborating with executives on strategic business needs. The ability to manage multiple programs, mentor Project Managers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
