About the Role

We are an insuretech seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst to help us grow our online visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO, content strategy, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for insurance-related keywords.
Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for lead generation.
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, ) to support SEO and lead gen.
Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital strategy with brokerage goals.
Stay up to date with digital marketing and SEO trends, especially in insurance / finance.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO (insurance / financial services a plus).

Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).

Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising.

Strong copywriting and keyword optimization skills.

Knowledge of compliance considerations in financial / insurance marketing (preferred).

Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
