Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and committed HR Manager to lead end-to-end hiring and HR operations for our K12 division. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of relevant EdTech or K12 experience, a strong record in team leadership, and a results-oriented approach to building high-performing teams.

This is a strategic role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, education-driven environment and is passionate about driving people excellence.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Hiring & Talent Acquisition

• Drive complete recruitment life cycle for all roles in the K12 business vertical — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and campus hiring.
• Ensure high-quality, timely closures of open positions aligned with business priorities.
