Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Holiday Packages Sales and Operations professional. The role involves creating and promoting customized holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The individual will coordinate with vendors, manage sales processes, and meet targets while providing training to enhance team performance and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their requirements.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and drive conversions.
• Skills in Training and team collaboration to improve performance and maintain operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of holiday package destinations and itineraries is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or related fields is preferred.
