Paytm Adsis the digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries. It allows advertisers to engage with over 350 million users who interact with more than 200 payment and retail servicesboth online and offlineoffered by Paytm. Paytm Ads maps user transactions to lifestyle choices and creates customized audience segments enabling highly targeted and effective ad campaigns.

We are hiring for the role ofAdvertising Sales ManagerforFMCG / CPG verticals.

Job Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs.
• Own end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships.
• Be the voice of Paytm Ads in the industry and present Paytms advertising solutions to CXOs media heads brand managers and agency partners of large brands in the market.
• Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with client business and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to advertisers.
• Lead initiatives requiring significant cross-team collaboration to build innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.
• Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertising performance and customer experience.
