Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our ServiceNow platform, supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and ITIL best practices.
