Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and facility maintenance. The role will also support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Handle vendor management, including negotiation, contracts, and service quality.
• Oversee office supplies, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Support HR with onboarding logistics, event coordination, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and other admin-related expenses.
