You'll be part of a dynamic team that sits within the Operational Risk Management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to management, oversight and execution of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) and Risk Appetpte programs to enhance State Street's risk monitoring practice and help senior decision making.

What You'll Do

• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the go-to contact for enterprise-wide stakeholders in the KRI program.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including gatekeeping and system management to handle risk indicators for business units and legal entities.
• Collate and report KRIs for senior risk committees, ensuring they have the insights they need to aid decision making.
• Monitor and ensure effective execution of the KRI program and performance of oversight controls.
• Facilitate implementation of the KRI program within business, ensuring compliance with escalation protocols.
• Support development and roll out of operational risk appetite program.
• Drive strategic tool enhancements and coordinate development with information technology development team to ensure our tools are cutting-edge.
