Role & Responsibilities
- Project Engineer In-charge of ensuring completing all projects on time and within budget.
- Planning, Scheduling, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing out Projects.
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines. Connect between Inter-Departmental activities.
- Review of Project / Order Scope along with Terms & Conditions. Conduct IKOM and CKOM.
- Review Client's technical & commercial specification and requirements and coordination with customer / Client for technical clarification.
- Coordinating with Clients and monitoring various departmental activities like Engineering, Order Processing, QA / QC and Dispatch Depts to meet the technical requirements as well as delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with Logistics Department for planning systematic delivery in line with requirement.
- Coordination with Site Team (Engineer & Contractor) for requirements to achieve the Target Date completion as per Terms & Conditions of Order.
- Declare and Achieve Monthly Net-Sales / Billing Targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E (Instrumentation) with 2-3 Years Exp OR Diploma (Instrumentation) with 4-5 Years Experience in Project Management of small to medium scale Instrumentation Projects.Must be able to use Project Management Tools like MS Project / Primavera etc.Experience in using ERP like SAP, JDE, etc.Must be aware of complete Post Order Project Execution cycle (PO Receipt till Commercial Closure)Skills Required
