Role Overview
As our Content & Copy Lead, you'll own all copy-related work — messaging strategy, campaign concepts, website content, and brand narratives. You'll set the tone and direction for diverse client accounts, collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and client services. This is a mid-to-senior role for someone who writes sharp, engaging copy and drives creative thinking.
What You'll Do
- Lead copy creation across formats : social media, websites, ads, emails, CRM campaigns, brand messaging, video scripts etc.
- Develop tone-of-voice and messaging strategies tailored to each brand and audience.
- Collaborate on creative direction with design and strategy teams.
- Participate in brand workshops and client discovery sessions.
- Review and refine copy to maintain high standards.
- Support social media content ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Who You Are
5–8 years of hands-on copywriting experience in agencies or fast-paced creative teams.Enjoy managing a team.Strong portfolio showcasing brand, performance, and digital copy.Deep understanding of how copy impacts UX, conversions, and brand perception.Excellent language skills and narrative flow.Strategic thinker who translates business goals into creative messaging.Skilled at managing multiple projects with quality and timeliness.Bonus : experience in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or lifestyle sectors.Why To Join Us
