Our success is attributed to our quality products, warranty backup, and dedicated customer support This is a full time on-site role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka Manager – Ecommerce Category Management ( Expertise on Amazon) Role Objective : Drive revenue growth and profitability of the eCommerce business by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing performance metrics, and executing strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies using data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions based on performance analytics.
- Forecast sales and demand trends to ensure inventory alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and improve key ecommerce KPIs (GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CLV, etc.).
- Identify high-performing products and categories to drive incremental sales.
- Implement A / B testing strategies for product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
- Enhance user experience by analyzing drop-off points and optimizing website / app performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Analyze advertising performance across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, etc.).
- Develop targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and purchase behaviour.
- Continuously monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies to stay ahead.
- Implement dynamic pricing models to enhance margins and competitiveness.
- Evaluate marketplace trends and customer demand to adjust product positioning.
