Job Summary

We are looking for Growth Managers in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka . In this high-impact field role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential exporters onto the Karbon platform. You'll be the face of Karbon on the ground — understanding local market dynamics and helping exporters benefit from better financial solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Generate 30+ qualified leads per month through market visits, referrals, trade events, and local partnerships.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and industry associations in your city or region.
  • Understand exporter pain points — from payment delays to currency loss — and recommend the right Karbon solutions.
  • Guide exporters through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to drive activation, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or onboarding, ideally within export-related domains.
  • Prior work experience with exporters, CHA firms, freight forwarders, or EXIM consultants.
  • Deep understanding of local markets and the ability to quickly build rapport with business owners.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and comfort with frequent field travel.
  • Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
